Beer is a drink rich in nutrients:

  • A glass of beer consumed at main meals stimulates gastric and intestinal secretion. It does not cause irritation and has a low alcohol content (approximately 5%). It has nutritional value, containing sugars, protein substances, mineral salts, being quickly transformed into "calories", so energy. The energy value of a liter of beer is almost equal to that of 3/4 I cow's milk.
  • Among fermented beverages, beer is the richest in nutrients. Beer has no contraindications. It provides the elderly with vitamins and minerals, it is indicated for convalescents for their energizing action and sedative effect.

Baked carp

A recipe for Sundays when you don't leave the house and choose to eat good food, baked fish, garlic sauce with sour cream and of course half a swan at the end :)) I received from my mother-in-law 3 big carps and beautiful (no, not 6 beautiful carps, as Tibi says dear :))) and we made them in the oven, because that's how we like it the most. But the classic recipe is always very, very appreciated, probably because it is the easiest and fastest recipe.

& # 8211 carp (how many pieces, depends on how many diners you are)
& # 8211 olive oil
& # 8211 spices for fish, salt and pepper
& # 8211 2 peppers, one red and one yellow, cut into long slices
& # 8211 a large onion cut into rounds
& # 8211 2 large tomatoes, cut into slices
& # 8211 2 heads of garlic
& # 8211 a cup of water
& # 8211 fresh parsley
& # 8211 lemon slices

Heat the oven. We wash the fish well and clean it of scales and intestines. Then rub it well with oil and salt, both inside and outside, season it with pepper and fish spices. Inside, we fill each fish with parsley threads and lemon slices.

Then place in a tray in which I put enough oil to cover the bottom, peppers, onions, 1/2 of the sliced tomatoes, peeled garlic. Place the fish, pour a cup of water around them, put the rest of the sliced tomatoes and put the tray in the oven. We check the fish from time to time. In general, I leave them in the oven for about an hour on medium heat, but the cooking time also depends on how penetrated you like the fish to be, so it's best to check how often.

We usually garnish the carp in the oven with plain rice or french fries and of course, a ton of garlic sauce. It is worth trying, especially since it is prepared very quickly, it is not a complicated recipe that will rob you of half of Sunday with its preparation.

Today I present several recipes for simple boilies chosen after the time needed for the fish to start accepting them.

The basic idea behind it is that, in general, simple recipes that contain quick ingredients, such as molasses, sweeteners, etc. are short-term recipes. These types of boilies are generally cheaper than those containing fishmeal, Robin Red, GLM, etc. The disadvantage is that they "cut" much faster than those containing, for example, fishmeal. The advantage is that the traits are much more likely in the first hours than in the long term.

And if you go and play a game for up to 36 hours, yes, it's worth using. Especially if you use an attraction dip. Also, with these types of boilies, it is quite complicated to keep the fish on the ford, once it has entered, for a long time.

Long-term acceptance boilies are boilies that contain fishmeal in general. Their great advantage is that, once the fish has entered the ford, it is much easier to keep than in the case of those with a short dissolution time.

Cold crab cake

There are several advantages of this type of crab mousse: No oven required, can be done the day before, avoids the need to peel the crustaceans at the table (if we prepare the cake with natural crab meat? take advantage of the use of fun molds to present it initially. Are we forgetting?

1. Crush the drained tuna and finely chop the crab. We can help ourselves with a food processor to obtain, if we want a finer cake, a perfect mince.

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for a few minutes to soak them.

3. Heat half the milk if we are going to use the gelatin sheet and dissolve it in it, well drained of water. If we use agar-agar, it is necessary to boil it for a few minutes.
